The 2014 COSLA and Improvement Service Annual Conference took place on  13 and 14 March 2014 in St. Andrews.  It was an opportunity for the Commission to expose its ideas to broader scrutiny and thinking.

The first day of the Conference was  designed around the propositions that have so far emerged from the Commission’s work.   You can watch webcasts of all of the sessions by selecting the name of the appropriate presenter, and view their presentation where available.
